At the end of the 19th century, a group of new immigrants brought homesickness, loneliness, and depression to Argentina. From the bars and streets of the harbor, Spanish Flamenco, Congolese stomping dance, and melodies with sad lyrics began to emerge and so Tango was born in Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina, and has become the irreplaceable basic tone of the city. The Woodwind Quintet will lead the audience through the stage, lighting, dance, and music to tell the story of the development of tango in a new theatrical form, enjoying a musical story that turns back time over a hundred years in Buenos Aires.
